The objective of this project is to create a system that supports Observation 2.0 when they are implementing and managing clients. Observation 2.0 has a complex and broad supply chain management processes and the project will enable the company to deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently.
They have a very broad and complex supply chain management processes, besides that they have 3rd parties clients that have access to their products through resellers, so the project should embrace not only Observation 2.0 necessities but the reseller and the clients of the resellers as well. In this sense it should provide specific access and control capabilities for all the levels of access. All that with a short launching deadline.
